Life is a little more complicated for girls, beside eating right, routine exercise, dressing well, and behaving good, there is one more thing on their lists, and that is looking good – the second most important after behaving good.

And what does it take for the socialites to ‘look good’? Aside from good genes, numbers of plastic surgeries, and daily skin and hair regiments, make-up is one effective way to ‘hide their flaws’ and ‘enhance what’s already good’.

Socialites’ Photos?

Unlike New York, Jakarta has no Patrick McMullan or David Patrick Columbia who would regularly upload the latest photos of socialites into their websites. The only way to glimpse (or observe) the latest photos of those staggeringly beautiful fixtures is by subscribing to numbers of society magazines.

We understand that the lack of integrity nor implementation of the latest technology in local medias restricts us from having the joy (or frustration) of having your photos shown to more people. And also for readers, photos of socialites studded events that were thrown in Jakarta – unlike in other cities (Los Angeles, New York, London, etc) – are not subjects of admirations and comments.
